Dear sir/madam,
This is in reference to service issues where we are unable to view our desired channels on our TV as the channel(s) is/are not available with TATA SKY DTH service. we are registering our complaint since last one year through tatasky wbsite (using log in ID) and customer care and they are simply making false commitment to provide the desired channel but ultimately fails every time. I asked 2-3 channels which are available with any other DTH service provider and I also agreed to pay extra though it is not materialising. When I asked to take back the DTH equipments and refund my security money they just told there is no security money and you have to use it or make it scrap!!! Now, you think where we live in this era! they will neither provide desired service nor take back the equipments , so can’t we, the common people do anything against this dishonest businessmen?
