I am S.R.K.CHAITANYA.I ordered a Louis Phillippe sunglasses at jabong.com on 12th may 2013 bearing order number 130512835968729.I was told that i would be receiving my order within 5-8 business days.Till 19th may i was not able to track my order and there was no intimation by the website.I called them on 19th about my order and they said i would get a confirmation call in 24hrs.I got the call and i told them that i need the glasses by 23rd may since i would be out of town later and they said they would do their best.On 21st may i got a call from them telling that the order has been cancelled because they could not negotiate the deal with the vendor.If they are not sure of delivery why would they post it on the website?I am leaving tomorrow and because of jabong i was deprived of my comforts.I need compensation from them.
