I have purchased a voltas ac on 4-2-2016(1.5 Ton 5 star split AC white) from flipkart. The AC is not working. iI have lodged an complain to voltas customer care. Voltas people came and saw the problem and told the Ac has been installed by flipkart so we are not responsible for the problem. Is it an expected reply from tata group of company ?. Now as a customer I want AC should work
