Denied To Refund Of My College Fee

Hello, Myself is Surabhi Saxena and i took addmission in MBA after graduation in
“” Apex Institute of Management & Science
Sec. 5, VT Road, Mansarovar, Jaipur-302020, Rajasthan, India””
After that i started to go to college, and because of some family personnal problems i left the college after 2 months of classes, i didn’t apply in 1st semester exams. Now i wants to refund my 2nd semester fee and caution money which is approx 21000+5000=26000rs.
Now they are told that your fee will not be refunded and they only return my caution money which is 5000rs only.
So now i wants to submit the case in consumer court for refunding my one semester fees.
May i know i am going right way or not, pls guys reply me some suggetions, i am waiting for that. And also tell me the procedure to file this case in consumer court.

    I think you have to submit this case, definitly you will get full year fees and also caution money or you will get one semester fees and caution money.
    So i think you have to file this case immediately.

    Anybody can help me out?? what to do??
    Actully i have taken admission in a private college in 2004 for a four graduation course (Pharmacy) through Pharmacy enterance test and for that i have deposited security fee aroud 7600 rupess which is refundable after the completion of the course as i completed my course in 2008 but college has still not refunded my security fee till date 02/05/2014 as i have all documented evidence such as pay slip of fee to be refunded and written application by me to the principal and principal request to the management with seal and sign…so all this as i shown this to them many times but no response?? So now what can i mango people do in such case ???
