I have purchased a mobile, “Airtyme Picasso (Smokey Grey) through
Shopclues.com vide order number 2158086 during Jan 2013 1st week. It was
mentioned in their site (www.shopclues.com that one year manufacturer warranty exists for this
product. Unfortunately by the end of April 2013, some lines started
appearing on the screen. Subsequently I got in touch with the Airtyme call
centre. To my dismay they informed me that there is no such warranty exists
for this product and they have asked me to get in touch with Shopclues. So
I called up shopclues customer care and spoke to one Mr. Gaurav. Without even
checking my order number he said that nothing can be done from your side
and again asked me to get in touch with Airtyme. I wrote to them several times, but they didn’t provide me a solution.Thn I approached the manufaturer again and they inturn ashed me to get in touch with Shopclues. I am totally lost now. Request you to give a
solution for this at the earliest. Expecting an immediate and favorable
action from your side.
