Denial of providing useage details

Location/place: Ghaziabad

Name of company/service: Airte/Internet Services

Hello,

I want to file a complaint against Bharti Telecom services India Ltd.

I am a user of Airtel Broadband(DSL Internet). While using this internet service, Airtel Claims that I have used my full pack of 10 GB Data usage for current month which allows me to avail internet Speed @ 2MBPS.

As of now, I cant avail the same speed. When I logged my complaint at Airtel Customer Care they have mentioned that my Data usage limit has already crossed.

When I have asked them to provide me the list of Internet Sites, I have surfed and Data for each site, which has been transferred to and from my computer, they have denied to provide me the details.

I need to verify which internet site has cause me this issue, however without their information, I cant retrieve this information.

Please open a case again Bharti Telecom services.

    Writing that you are looking in to the issue or your team is working to resolve the issue a customer is facing would not work always.

    This issue has been notified to your customer care team on 19th and I am still waiting for the updates.

    Can any one share any update on this issue? Or I need to go further on this case.
