DENIAL OF CASSLESS TREATMENT

Dear Sir/Madam

I am a customer of HDFC ERGO Health Insurance REF. NO.:HN18032011000217, I have taken the insurance in the year 2010 /2011 now on 26/06/2013 and applied for cashless treatment but the HDFC ERGO Health Insurance denied for giving cashless support stating it to be old disease.

Now when I asked them why it was ignored for providing cashless benefits the authority denied me to explain the reason.
