There customer care don’t know anything ,they just reply aapke area me problem chal rhi hai ..it has been 15 days my net is not working at all .as per assurance given by their executive today I have recharged the account but still net is not working and executive replying same thing that area me problem chal rhi hai.also address change request is pending since a month but it is not done yet.worst experience ever with den boomband.
