Demanding refund for damaged products.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I made online purchase of cosmetics from Myntra.com on 11th September 2012 and I recieved my order on 14th September 2012. However, the shipped products were damaged. I intimated the same to Myntra.com by calling on customer care as well as on mail.After 2 weeks they agreed that the shipped products were damaged and said that my money would be refunded back into my account. However, it doesnt seem that they will be refunding the amount. I have several calls to them regarding the same. But everytime they say that it will take 7 business days for the money to be refunded.Hence, kindly register my complaint for the same.
