Hi,
I have paid all the required amount for my room in NaviMumbai. Now as possession date is near, Builder is asking for a 30000 rs extra as gym charges which never mentioned anywhere earlier. And is not ready to give me possession.
Any help will be appreciated in this case. What can I do? and is it legal to ask for this extra money now?
Even builder has sold parking space for 1 lac to customers which I suppose is not legal.
