Demand excess fee for MBA entrance coaching class

We have enroll our candidate for CAT Course in T.I.M.E jamshedpur, they told me that we have to pay 32000 for course,later on we know that students are paying only 26000-28000 for same course in same batch.we raise our voice against this as resultthey drop the class for my candidate we already paid rs.15000 for advance and now they demand 17000 more for start the course
