Hello Madam/Sir,
I am Rajat Agarwal from Meerut.
I purchase a Dell Laptop ( Sr NO.- BV3YJP1) Model No. 5110 at 24-Oct-1012.
I have 1 year Home service warranty of this Laptop but neither the Shopkeeper- Computer Mall (TIN No.-09776505655) nor Dell enterprises have responsibility of this product. Dell tell me this product is not legal in India it’s from Dubai but how this shopkeeper sell these nonlegal product in India.
I have a speaker problem in this system but no one here to repair after my complaint ( Case no.861026047).
So please tell me Is that My product is legal or not If it’s not legel then arrest the shopkeeper who sell these type of nonlegal product.
