my laptop is under warranty and its cd rom and battery is not working .
as per their warranty card it is need to be replaced but they are just waisting my time by saying they will do it as soon as possible.now warranty is left for 19 days only and they are not replacing it.

My laptop got broken as per warranty the have exchange or they have to do something for it but they dint do anything of that laptop since from one year and its still in Chandigarh service center
