I Kashi Vishvanath Proprietor of Spectrumsystems,#136, n Block, Vivekanandanagar,Mysore-570023,Karnataka
purchased a dell solo desktop inspiron 2310 one year back..dell is giving 3years warranty for this product…one month back i faced some hardware issue and i complained to dell through customer care centre 18004254051…after five repeated complaints they gave me the complaint ID
859189544 but no body from dell attended my issue again i called dell forced them to give the dispatch details
they gave me the dispatch no as 340106756967 and told that with in 48 hrs iam getting my faulty components but again nothing has happened…i started calling them in mid june 2012 and till today my problem remained unattended…i request you to kindly punish the irresponsible dell authorities in a proper way and do justice for me..i have invested Rs45000.00 on this product
