Delivery of wrong product by snapdeal and not refunding the amount after receiving all required details

I have ordered Columbus running shoes on 20 Oct,14 by snapdeal. It was proposed to delivered on 27 Oct,14 but I have received it on 11 Nov14 by FedEx courier. They didn’t allow me to open it as it was not there concern.I have paid 1300/- Rs to the person and when I opened it, I found Demochi loffers in place of running shoes priced rs 1000/-. Means I have paid more money for wrong product. I registered my complaint by calling customer care at snapdeal and they have asked me to send the wrong product back to them via national courier. I have done all what they have asked. It was their responsibility to replace the product at home but no person from their side approached me. I have called them more than 10 times but they are not ready to give any concern on this issue. I have sent the receipt of courier with 200/- bearable charge by me, to them. I have asked them to refund money on SD Cart for utilizing this money to next shopping but they have not contacted me yet about this issue.
Kindly suggest what I should do about this issue. I want to file a police complaint for this fraud against snapdeal. First I register my complaint on consumer form then I ll do the necessary action required. I will nor leave them for this.
