Delivery of wrong product

This is regarding the order that I made on www.sapnaonline.com and my order# is SAP150327187615. I want to complain that I ordered three books and out of three I received one wrong book because on the website the tile of that book was not clearly written.

I am a student and I am looking for some MBA course guide and I wanted to buy MBA guides of 1st and 2nd sem. And I found two books, one from 1st sem and another from 2nd sem on their website which were from VTU university. However I saw a third book with a different tile and it didn’t say to which university it belong to and I thought it was a common book for all which will contain university solved question and answers.

On their website the title for that book was given as “Mba Semester Scanner 2 Sem Self Study Q & A All In One: Tec/man/res/met/ent/eth/hum/cap/man”

That’s why I wanted to buy and try it but when I received, I found that it was a 2nd sem MBA study guide for Bangalore University. Therefore I want to send back the MBA scanner of BU that I received and I want to buy some other book in exchange for this book and I wanted to pay the extra charges also.

But the customer care refused to exchange that book. Now my question is that if they didn’t mention on their site that this book belonged to Bangalore University then why they can’t exchange? If They have put the wrong information then students like me is going to suffer for this?

They should at least consider it for a student but they are only concerned about their policies.

I want to know what can I do now?
