This is to inform you that I had ordered a flower bouquet worth of Rs. 599/- for a specific product ref. code no. FLA378 & order no. 1200023177 through on line to www.flaberry.com to my utter surprise they have not deliver the product which I have asked for, but the alternate one. which was out of my choice and the whole purpose was totally shattered. Could you please look in to this & help me either to refund my money or if I could use same product as free delivery on my future occasion. I forward all the communication and the payment mode had actually transpired between me and the said company for your ready reference.
