Dear sir,
I was purchases a product from whaaky.com whose order no is S80450154 but they delivered me a defective product after lodging the complain on their site they give me the following message

We verified your complaint post receiving images from you. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that your complaint qualifies for a replacement. As per our replacement policy, kindly send the defective product to the below address. Once we receive the defective product from you, we will go ahead to do the replacement.

1) The defective product should be dispatched within 4 business days for replacement of the same.
2) Kindly do not forget to mention the order number
according to their message i was returned the product on 12-07-2014 .But after that they did not give any response of my mail or phone call and neither i get the replaced product please help me what i have to do.
