Delivery Problems with http://www.indiafloristnetwork.com/

I had requested midnight delivery of a cake with flowers and chocolate as a birthday surprise. the website delivers the following promises
Same Day Delivery Available
Secured Payment Gateway
Delivery on Sundays and Holidays

As the cake was not delivered at midnight as promised i called first thing in the morning at 09:00am and the customer service executive had no information as to the order status so i requested a cancellation and was asked to send a mail to an email address given. i followed the procedure and had registered a request for cancellation which was confirmed within the next 2 mins.

Subsequently i discovered that the recipient had received a call from the company and had asked for delivery within 11am. She then called back on the number at 10:30 and was informed that the order was cancelled and that i would receive a full refund on my order.

Then at 11:07am i received an email claiming that the phone number i supplied was incorrect. this however is correct and the recipient had already received calls from the company on it. the email also said that they were not liable to a refund as they had attempted delivery and it was apparently the duty of the person to stay at home and await the delivery or else they will not attempt delivery and not refund my money either.

A simple gift has turned into a hassle with my money being robbed from me. please help!
