delivery of defective Refrigerator

Name of company/service: LG

Myself, Ranadip Roy, procured a refrigerator Model 225 from LG dealer Khosla Electronics, Dalhousie, Kolkata-700090.Goods was delivered to my house on17.05.13 afternoon.
Since then there is no cooling effect inside it. On 18.05.13 LG Service Eng. visited and noticed it is a defective one, its thermostat, regulator, compressor are not functioning. It reveals that material was delivered to customer without proper checking. There is no stamp also as ’Checked and OK’.
This causes unnecessary harassment of customer. I wants it’s urgent replacement.
