Delivery of Cylinder

I had booked for a cylinder 25 days back and was informed that cylinder would be dispatched within 15 days. Since 15 days I have been calling the agency every day and the same reply that It would be provided tommorrow is being answered and phone disconnected. Even when I wanted to get my cylinder transferred to this agency, the same sort of behaviour was shown. Such Agencies should be banned since I am sure they make money out of dispatching cylinder in BLACK. Please take action against such agency. My consumer no is 9147 and Agency is Snehalata Gas Agency, Amalapada.
