I AM WRITING FEW LINES FOR YOUR INFORMATOIN AND FAVOURABLE ACTION:

I HAD BOOKED A COURIER PARCEL FROM BLAZEFLASH COURIER LTD FROM NEW DELHI TO MUMBAI ON 09 AUG 12 AND THE SAME IS UNDELIVERED TILL TO DATE BEING MY CONSTANTLY FOLLOWUP THE CASE TO CUSTOMER CARE AND FORT BRANCH OF THE COURIER.
THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS SHOWN ON THE SITE ARE EITHER SWITCHED OFF OR NOT RESPONDING.
ON TRACKING MY COURIER ONLINE FROM THEIR SITE IT WAS SHOWN THAT THE COURIER IS LYING IN FORT BRANCH SINCE 11TH AUG 12. IT IS PERTINENT TO INFORM YOU THAT MY ADDRESS IS JUST 4-5 KMS FROM FORT OFFICE AND IT TOOK THEM 8-9 DAYS TO DELIVER THE COURIER.
ON INQUIRING ABOUT STATUS THE FORT BRANCH TENDS TO GIVE SILLY EXCUSE LIKE THEY DO NOT SEND THEIR PERSON FOR A SINGLE COURIER.

IS IT CUSTOMER DUTY TO BOOK MORE THAN ONE COURIER TO GET HIS PARCEL ON TIME.

THE EMAIL ID OF CUSTOMER CARE [email protected] IS ALSO UNRESPONSIVE EVERY TIME AND DID NOT REPLY EVEN A SINGLE MAIL.
