I have placed an order on the website www.fnp.com, for valentine day gift delivery. I bought cake, flowers and chocolate. But on valentine day they delivered only flower and chocolate. They did not deliver the cake. They charge premium for exact date delivery. This is their main business model. But they ruined my valentine day. I order three days back and placed an delivery on 14th to the address of my girl friend in mumbai.
I want to sue them for ruining my valentine day and cheating me. My order details are following
