OnePlus 2 handset was purchased from Shopclues.com, upon delivery of handset it was known that the handset has a defect in its camera. Same complaint request was put to shopclues.com within a week of purchase but the replacement request for handset was denied & they have now requested to get in touch with the Manufacturer(OnePlus 2) for the same with a job sheet.My real concern is if the product is purchased from Shopclues.com & well within returnable/replacement policy then why I have been asked to contact Manufacturer service center & waste my time since the purchase has to be replaced/returned(refund of money) by Shopclues.com themselves…
