delivery defected sofa

I have purchesed a sofa set(3+1+1)but the same has delivered on 10/10/12 from their godown is defected /rejected. Delivery man also identified the same and assured us to attend the right person very next day.Showroom sales girl also assured us for best one would be deliverd.But now the Home town not ready to accept that the deliverd sofa set is defected then no one is attending to very the defect or rectify the defect.It is a great fraude to the customer. Taking money against showing a good one and delivery same looking but rejected one.
