i placed an order for a pair of bellerinas with this online shopping portal fashionandyou.com on the 13th of october. The order number is 2491655. the product hasn’t reached me yet. a number of times contact has been made with them but the customer services providers are unable to provide any viable reason for the delay in delivery. they aren’t even responding properly, putting calls on wait for long durations and thereby causing a lot of inconvenience. I am doubtful if i am even going get my product. I have already made online payment of around Rs. 1400 in advance
