Delivered passport to another address

My college named INLEAD (Gudgaon) had sent my passport to my home address in Himatnagar in Gujarat on 19th June, 2015 but DTDC delivered my Original Passport to another address.

I was continuously called the responsible person in Himatnagar but even he was not responding my call.

I found the address anyhow whether my passport was delivered and got my original passport. But The service is extremely careless.
