I have given my Micromax Canvas 4 A210 for servicing on 24/09/2014 to Mobileseva Micromax authorized service center, Marathalli Bangalore. It is already more than 4.5 months now. But still I haven’t got any satisfactory solution and even not received my phone back.
Micromax is very unprofessional and worst company. I would suggest to all not to buy any product of it. If you are buying any phone of Micromax then remember that you are buying a use and throw phone because if it gets any problem then even Micromax can’t repair it. They will loose your phone and will give you a other used old phone(which they call it as Swap phone). In my case too they are offering me a used old phone (not my own phone). When I asked to give some warranty they are saying it will carry same warranty as my phone had. But problem is my phone has no warranty left, as Micromax itself kept it for more than 4.5 months. When I asked that how can I trust on the quality of phone which you are giving they are saying they can do nothing as they are told to do so from their head office. I said I will be ready to take phone if they can give me some months of warranty of the phone they are giving but since then they started totally avoiding. They even stopped to take my calls and give me any reply about phone.
If you try to contact them by call, you will never be able to connect to the given number. Not sure whether will get my phone back ever. I lost my 18000 buying on Micromax phone as I have lost all hope of getting my phone back.
