Details of DUPLICATE product

For the above SKU number in Jabong site, when I received the product I realized that it’s a fake/duplicate product. Thanks to a product with the same brand I had already and I could compare it. I logged a complain with Jabong and I am surprized to know that they have not taken any action to minimize the inconvenience I had due to this. Moreover they are not bothered to give me any explanation about the duplicate product. They are trying to be very straight and asked me to return and get the credit back.
I urge all whoever is reading this message, please do not buy anything from Jabong.com. They are least bothered about the customer.
