Delivered defective fridge

Sir, I have purchased a refrigerator(Edgepro) from GODREJ & BOYCE MFG CO LTD (Jamshedpur) In-voice No.36I/93018173 dated 29-05-2013.The sales person Mr. Kamlesh came to our home and took the order. During delivery we found one tray inside the fridge had not been fitted due to bolts had not been fixed,also crack found on that tray.So Mr. Kamlesh who has delivered the fridge has suggested us to lodge a complaint and took the defective tray for replacement on the next the. But after 2weeks againn he returned us the same defective tray after verious follow up and confirmed that it is not possible to replaced the defective tray. In the mean time service centre person came and fixed the bolts inside. This type of service is not desirable from a renouned manufacturer. Please help me to replace the defective tray.
