cell no 90224222761 Ironically RS.90/- has been deducted from my above no. on 25.7 & 26.07 @Re.1/- per SMS. I am user of Reliance GSM for the past 3-4 years with a usages of Rs.700 to Rs.800 every month. I am a permanent user of 1P/SMS scheme right from beginning on auto renewal basis. No SMS/Message and/or information is recieved by me contrary to 1P/SMS scheme till yesterday. I could not understand what is my fault in this regard. Why company(RELIANCE GSM) wants to punish me in this simply rectifiable matter. Please give me credit of excess amount charged from me as onus of sending message on debarring of services lies on RELIANCE GSM. I earnestly hope that company will not defame its name in simple matters.
Today I have spoken to Ms. Kavita Gupta, Ms. Kalpna & Mr. Iqbal on the above matter in detail. They could not help me in my cause. Even i was ready to speak to higher official which was of no avail as i was not allowed to talk to higher ups.
I have no option than to opt for PORT out and lodge complaint to TRAI, Consumer Readdressal forum & Cybre finacial crime wing effect.
Please note i have two other reliance GSM no. 9699031252 & 7666180089 (Akshay Bhardwaj)which will aslo be ported out if no action is taken
