Deleted Channels during the subscription period.

We are receiving the some of channels starting with STAR-plus, gold, etc, for which I have subscribed in January 2012 and the subscription period is still there till Nov 2012.
The response given by the customer care team is – their costs gone up so they just cut all channels of STAR even without any intimation. This is against the basic business principle. They can charge as per the existing rates for new recharges. But, how can they just take out all the channels for which I have subscribed long back. Moreover, they advertised that I will get one more month subscription, instead they reduced to 11 months. They could not resolve that issue at all.

My VC No:01504794130. Kindly do the needful so that this kind of problems may not be faced by any other customer from any of the service providers.

For new recharges they are advertising that 25% cash back. Then, in those cases how they are able to manage the cost factor for STAR or so. This is purely to be considered as cheating and they (DISTV) should be penalised for this kind activity.
