Delaying service

Location/place: Goa

Name of company/service: Vodafone

I am a college student and my life is dependent on my phone.
My prepaid SIM was closed by Vodafone on the account that it was unused for 60 days.
I recharged it for Rs350 on 31/7/12 but they closed my connection on 4/8/12.

They have agreed to give me my old number with remaining balance after 1 week of regular mails and phone calls.

It has been 4 days since I received my new SIM and it is yet to be activated.
I have mailed them 3 times since but have received no response[apart from system generated mails]

Its causing a lot of inconvenience to me and my family.
