I had applied for Airtel Fix line connection for my personal use. After some follow up with Airtel, informed me that my location is feasible for this connection & i had paid the initial amount to get this connection & been told that i will be getting the connection soon. After 1 week , i called Customer Care to get an update on this, has been notified that my location is not feasible. Hence connection cannot be provided. I have asked my money to be refunded & raised complaint as well. Its been more than 2 months i am after Airtel. Today i reached out Airtel & booked a new complaint as the old complaint was not updated which i booked one month back. For this new complaint i will have to wait for 24- 30 days to get the DD delivered my home.
