delaying to issue Registration of Car

I Had purchased Maruti new Swift LDI on dated 07.02.2014.Against invoice no.VSL13001009 and customer ID 1312084017.

Now the problem is i m using temporary no. due to not received the R.C yet,i have paid all the amount required for

the registration.
