To Airtel Services,
With deep dissatisfaction, I would like to lodge a complaint against the Airtel
Postpaid Services. I own a connection, for which I requested migrate the postpaid to prepaid connection
Here are my grievances towards the process:
I requested a migration on 19 February,2018, in Airtel store, M J Gunta, Kadapa but yet now migrated to prepaid and i paid Rs.100 for new sim for prepaid connection on same number. Yet now not changed from postpaid connection to prepaid connection.
Totally three times i was submitted all my documents In February,2018 in Airtel store, MJ Gunta , Kadapa. No one cannot respond on this issue even Airtel store persons and customer care executives also not giving proper response.
I was paid my previous month bill in time but Customer care executives said you have to pay this month bill (March-2018). I was submitted three times all my documents in February,2018 in Airtel store, Kadapa M.J.Gunta Office. Airtel store persons delay on submitting documents, then why should i pay Mrach-2018 month bill.
I again put a request by calling at 121 on February and March,2018 Customer Care for migrate the connection but they said we will process your within 96 hours. Not processed.
The most annoying thing and I am continuously requesting for migrate the postpaid to prepaid, but I am receiving messages from Airtel submit documents. I This is weird and I want to settle this issue as soon as possible. I am highly dissatisfied with Airtel.
