Dear sir/madam,
1.I am a policy holder of ICICI Prudential bearing policy no.02475373.
2. I had surrendered my policy at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd. branch Borivali, Mumbai on 09th July’12. I have received the acknowledgement also.
3.They told me the amount cheque would be send to the addreess mentioned in the policy document within 8-9 days.
4.But they have not send me the cheque yet.
5.I had called up their Customer care many a times but everytime they say “it is under process”.
6.I had also emailed them but they extending their commitments.
7.I have asked them many a times to tell me what exactly the problem is.
8.But they dont gives me a proper reason, they dont even call me to tell what they require.
Sir, I am in need of this money on urgent as I have take my father for treatment and some loan amount clearance.
My sincere request please help me to recover this amount from them.
