I had booked a Airtel DTH connection with booking id:112938 on 31st july’12. They promised us to provide the connection within 48 hrs.As per their words I made the payment then itself through net banking with transactionid:340500971.
I am not at all satisfied with the service that your company provides. Its around three days now and I have not received any communication yet. In addition to this, not a single response was there when I called back to the confirmation number.
