Delayed response by Lenovo

I purchased a lenovo Z50-70 laptop having serial number YB05114884 on November 1st. It is under 1 year warranty as well as Accidental damage warranty. On November 15th I discovered a crack on the display and registered a complain immediately having ticket number 7006507993. The company did not take actions for long time and they finally sent engineer on 10th December . But they sent wrong part and they kept on sending wrong parts twice more till 22nd December.Then they again sent engineer to verify the parts details after which they did not take any actions. I am an engineering student and I need my laptop for day to day works. I will be gratified if you respond to my request immediately.
