Name of company/service: Stan autos (Maruti suzuki dealer)
A new maruti A-star vxi car was purchased from M/s Stan autos, circular road kapurthala (Punjab) on 27-02-2012.All the formalities relating to payment or other matters were completed on the date of delivery i.e. 27-02-12 to tha satisfaction of dealer. But till this date i.e. 21-06-12 i have not received the R.C. of vehicle that i have purchased. Repeated attempts to contact the local dealer have yielded no results. Maruti suzuki corporate office was also contacted and complaint was lodged twice but nothing happened on ground. So I have suffered alot of harrasment from the concerned dealer as i can not take out my car on road without valid R.C. So in nutshell i am suffering without ant fault of mine.
