I booked a flat in Lodha Casa Rio Dombivali in June 2010 and till today paid 95% of the payment, only payment on possession is pending, complaints are as below.
1. As per their agreement the possession date is Nov.2012, and yesterday i received a letter from them saying that its been delayed by one year and 3 months because of man power shortage on site.
2. They charged Rs.108000 from me at the time of booking for an open parking which is legally not allowed.
Please help me in this.
