Delayed in delievering the product and then cancelled my order.

Name of company/service: Homeshop18

I have made an online order on Homeshop18 on 20 Jun,and it was wrriten to deliver within 4-5 working days but it had been more than 15 days,product was not delivered.
When I inquired it was said that product could not be delivered because your area is out of courier vendor reach.
This was also said to me when I have called them to know about the status of my product.
The product which I have ordered was very urgent.And I have to suffer a big loss.
Please take strong actio against them.
