delayed in construction & possession by M.D.Infrastructure

Location/place: 153, Hiravaug, Vibhag-2,Ghatlodia,Ahmedabad-380016

Name of company/service: Income tax department ,Ahmedabad.

I have booked a flat in M.D. Infrastructure,Nr. Gopal Park Soc., Kubernagar,Ahmedabad – 382340 in September 2008, but till date construction of the same is not completed and not in order for possession from his side. 90% payment has been made by me. I have paid till date cost of Rs.13,62,500 out of total cost of flat of Rs. 15,00,000, you are requested to look in to matter as early as possible and inform me accordingly.
