Delay in resolving issue (more than a month)

This is to inform everyone that KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK IS ONE OF THE WORST banks in providing services and there are managers are useless too. I raised a complaint regarding OTP to verify my Credit card and they have still not resolved it. How come technical team of a company is so useless that they are unable to resolve a small technical issue for a credit card. This issue was raised on 22 July, 2014 and I am shocked that the issue is still not resolved. I could not fill my RBI application form because of these people. Even the Nodal officer there are next to nothing. These all should be fired and RBI should cancel the licence of this bank which harass the customers so much.
