delay in repair and wrong product

i had submitted my xolo Q1000s for display repair almost 3 months back at noida service center and now after so much reluctant and desperate efforts im being given a diffrent and low specification phone with less value and still charged the same repairing amount…I cannot accept this and looking for a settlementfor this.
