Name of company/service: SONY
I deposited a sony xperia U mobile handset to sony service centre in saltlake,kolkata due to some problem in my handset and they told that it will repaired within 10 days. but around 20 days passed i still not get my mobile where i brought mobile 45 days from present day. In kolkata like metro city suffer from this kinds of service then why sony sell its product in kolkata. What to do? please somebody help me.
