Delay in refund of my money Rs.30 K.

I had approched Oasis 3 months back for canada immigrition and for getting a job there. After their assurance I paid them Rs.30,000. But After reviewing their past performance and the negative feedback from so many customer I changed my mind and dropped the idea. They promised to refund my money but for past 1 month They were giving some or the other reason for delaying and every time they assured that in 2/3 days my money will be refunded..Now since 22nd of Dec they are not picking up my call. I was in contact with their executive Ms Anjali Rawat who is now not picking my calls. before going to Cyber crime branch and CBI investigation of this company, I would request you if you can help in getting the refund.
