DELAY OF REFUND OF OWN MONEY

I have been running after Standard Chartered Bank for the last 5/6 years to get my own money from them. I had a SB account with them & after closure of that account there was some value which bank didn’t adjusted & instead they credited that amount in my same banks credit card account. Instead of refunding my own money from SB account they transferred it in credit card account & i didn’t have any choice than only purchase goods worth of that amount. Whereas if i would have get that cash i would have benefited more. Still I didn’t say anything to the bank i purchase a small amount of goods & when I again wanted to use that card my card was showing blocked. After getting this harassment I called up bank & requested them to refund my leftover money which was in my credit card account. To get this poultry some amount which is 1100 rupees for the last 5 years I am struggling badly. I am now 74 yrs old man running to the bank more than 10 time, called them 40 times I till today didn’t get my money.I want refund of money along with interest & with the compensation for so many years of mental disturbance & harassment.
