The company is postponing on the date of delivery continuously. The committed date at the time of booking is 10-APR-2013. Till date the response is will be coming and will be coming. The people fastened the financial proceedings from bank and the money has been disbursed to the dealer and now the sales manager is saying that he is not responsible for any and fiat is responsible. Please do the needful as the first EMI on my undelivered car is scheduled on 05-MAY-2013. Now they are giving the date as 10-MAY-2013. when i claim for the deduction in payment for the EMI charged by the bank the sales manager is saying i am not responsible.
