I have applied for a passport on 20/01/2012. My File No is TR 1061360434812. I have sent my letter dated 30/06/2012 in response to your letter No. SCN/10173848/12dated 20/06/2012.
I have furnished the clarifications required by you. Further I have sent attested copies of my ration card, Voter’s Identity card, Driving licence and the Aadhar card as a proof my permanent residential address. The above documents clearly establish beyond doubt about my Permanent residential address.
As the matter is pending with your office for more than 6 months, I request you to expedite the issue of Passport.
